“Full of Grace,” fingering the beads

February 6, 2021 @ 9:30 am - 11:00 am

Gain a new perspective on praying, in particular, praying the rosary. Get excited to pick up your prayer beads and enter into a mediative state by falling into a gentle rhythm that will quiet your thoughts and help you concentrate on each of the Mystery. WHY@Breakfast has arranged for an online presentation on praying the rosary with more depth and being more spiritually connected.

Guest speaker, Sister Eileen Power, a member of the Congregation of Notre Dame of Montreal (CND), will share her insights on how to relate the rhythm and the focus of each mystery of the rosary to our own lives during the hour-long presentation. Sister Eileen has over 30 years of teaching experience, including teaching at Notre Dame High School in Toronto, and was involved in chaplaincy during her teaching years with the Toronto Separate School Board. Since her retirement as a teacher, Sister Eileen has been offering retreats and facilitating programs for high school chaplains and the wider community. In recent years, Sister Eileen provides spiritual direction to those who wish to seek God with a spiritual companion.

There is no fee to register for the presentation, but you may wish to consider donating to your favourite charity. You may register through the website https://whyatbreakfast.com
