Reporting Deceased Members

Catholic Women's League parish councils are asked to notify the National Office as soon as possible upon the death of one of their members. This page is used to submit important information about the member to the National Office and to the Diocesan Spiritual Development Chair. Entering your email address into the form ensures you will receive a copy of the information you submitted.

The memory of these members will be honoured in our Diocesan Book of Life, our Annual Report and in SPECTRUM. The information also goes into the Book of Life displayed at National and Provincial conventions, and Diocesan gatherings.
