Feast Day of our patroness saint Our Lady of Good Counsel

Dear Parish Councils,

This notice is a reminder of the invite to attend our Diocesan wide Our Lady of Good Counsel Feast Day Vigil Prayer Service in memory of our deceased League sisters and League Spiritual Advisors, from the start of our Hamilton Diocesan Council.

Members across the diocese are invited to attend the event taking place at a designated parish in each of our four regions. Parish Councils are encouraged to attend and participate. Parish Councils are also encouraged to bring their councils’ Book of Life with them to place in the Sanctuary during the service to receive a special blessing for their deceased members.

We thank the four Parish Councils (and Parishes) for agreeing to host this diocesan wide initiative and to livestream this service for members unable to attend in person. The following are the four locations, addresses to attend in person and website links to participate and view via livestream:
