100th & 101st Hamilton Diocese Annual Meeting of Members

My Dear Sisters in the League,
On behalf of the Hamilton Diocesan Officers, it is my pleasure to invite you to the partial virtual 100th & 101st Annual Meeting of Members being held on Saturday October 23, 2021. It has been a long time coming and this meeting will be a first for the record books. Your Diocesan Officers, Regional Chairpersons, Convention Chairwomen Anna Brady and Ana Sousa have been preparing, planning and reorganizing this event for the past two years.
The agenda, registration and credential form will be sent to all Parish Council Presidents and can be found on the Hamilton Diocesan CWL website cwlhamilton.ca. Please fill out the online registration form and credential form where applicable and send to [email protected] Due date for registration is October 10, 2021. Priority will be given for voting and accredited delegates if the capacity for our online meeting is reached.
This is our Annual Meeting of Members and as the Constitution and Bylaws mandate, it is the responsibility of each Parish Council President or their representative to attend as a voting delegate. Two members from each council are encouraged to register as Accredited Delegates and participate in the voting.
This Diocesan Annual Meeting of Members will provide an opportunity to complete the business of the League that had been postponed due to the governing restrictions of the global COVID-19 pandemic.
I hope everyone will feel welcomed and right at home in sharing in this experience of growing together spiritually and strengthening the bond of unity at this meeting. When we encourage one another in our ministry for God and Canada, it is one of the many joys we celebrate as members of The Catholic Women’s League of Canada.
