Dear League Sisters,
Bishop Crosby announced this week an initiative in support and recognition of the heroic efforts of our health care workers during this COVID-19 pandemic.
The bells of the Cathedral Basilica Christ the King are scheduled to ring at 9am – 12noon – 3pm – and 6pm. We are all invited to pray for doctors, nurses, hospital staff, and first responders during this difficult time. Parishes with bells across the Diocese, were invited to join in this effort.
Below are two different sound files with bells for those not living in close proximity to a church participating in this initiative. You can click on the sound files and listen to the church bells during these periods as you pray for our healthcare workers.
