My dear sisters in the League,
It is with a very heavy heart I announce my resignation as President of the Hamilton Diocesan team.
After an extensive discernment process and weeks of intensive prayer, it has become clear to me that my continued involvement will not help move the League in Hamilton diocese forward in the way I had hoped. I will work with President-Elect Joyce Cotter to hand over the president’s files and resources in the coming days. Joyce will assume the role of president on February 1, 2021.
It has been an honour and privilege to serve with you these past few years. I offer my best wishes and hope for a productive and satisfying future for all of you as you continue your service “for God and Canada.”
